Rogue has shown the ability to embody more than one person powers at a time. I remember her once touching all the XMen and absorbing their powers to fight Nimrod. Supes may be fast, but not as fast as teleportation. MAYBE, supes could keep Rogue at bay with his heat vision for a moment or two. Besides, Supes is too much of a gentleman to hit a lady.
