How do you handle the type who egg you on, taunt you and then run when you retaliate?!
Answers:
Do not let them provoke you to escalate the situation. I have irrational, disrespectful, messy, and aggressive neighbors. I choose to treat them with respect, I never raise my voice, but I make my requests known when their behavior intrudes on my property and lifestyle. I keep documentation and even snap photos for evidence when they trash my property. They are upset that I have asked them to stay off my property. But once I've said that, any time they come on my property now, it is considered tresspassing. They are so insulted that I would like to have my own space, they have threatened to call the police, and I calmly tell them to go ahead. I'm completely ready to provide evidence that their behavior is out of line and that I'm minding my own business.
