Ive figured it out! I know how to get a song un-stuck from ur head!!!?

ok last night I had that delilah song stuck in my head by teh plain white Ts (i was watching that one abc family show...heheh) and anyways, heres what I did:

I went outside and I walked around for a bit. Then I came home took a shower, ate a nutrigrain bar, and read a book. and SHABAMM!!!. the song was un-stuck.

do that and the song will be unstuck. but WHATEVER YOU DO, dont forget to eat the nutrigrain bar! that is ESSENTIAL.

lol. im only joking. just read a book...or anything at all. even a shampoo bottle will do the trick.

and LOL AK!!!. i had the strawberry kind but im sure they are all equal.

im glad you found something that works and were nice enough to share it with the rest of us!!! one question though, will any flavor of nutri grain bar work or is there a certain one that is more potent than others LOL- let me know!!!
