It's ridiculous; any normal person would be in so much sh!t if they did this sort of thing as much as she does... Reading about how Lindsay Lohan got a DUI isn't even news anymore.
Enough already! Just lock her up for a while so she can have a wake-up call like Paris Hilton.

i think it's horrible that she isn't in jail......
she endangered that woman who she was chasing...she could have caused a fatal wreck...YOU could be on the road on day in YOUR city when she's out there on this highway....
