o.k, first you will need a wall and a swivel chair!!
put the chair near the wall so you can sit in the chair with your arm closest to the wall, then put your arm over your head and push the chair around without letting your hand leave the wall!!!
your arm sort of makes a bridge shape and your head goes under it!!
its ssssssssoooooo fun and it makes you ssssssoooooo dizzy!!!
