Have you ever gotten caught talking about someone?
Have you ever talked bad behind someone's back who you know and they happened to hear you? If so what was your reaction?
Answers:
Yeah that's definitely happened to me. Sometimes I think we subconsciously do it because we are angry with the person and maybe they need to hear how you feel about them.
What if this person you talked about was a co-worker who had no respect for you and would go to lunch with another coworker 1) leaving you out and 2) not even waiting for you to finish your lunch at your desk when after you were done eating you were going to hang out and enjoy the wheather?
Oh wait...I shouldn't be saying anything about it because maybe they are reading this...
