Has anyone heard any truly great opera singers lately.?
Perhaps the old dead singers of the past have taken their secrets with them. It seems like most classical singers today are just imitating operatic sounds, but not really singing.

'Course Pavel is dead....... I haven't heard any great ones lately. But I SAW a stunning Coloratura the other day and spoke with her. Haven't heard her sing yet but was told she's really fine. Beauty and a great voice.......... sigh........
