He sent Josh home mid service, kicked him out and took his jacket.
After the service, he selected Bonnie as best for the night and she had to select the two nominees. She selected Rock and Julia. Chef Ramsey said it was a very difficult decision, but he felt that Julia had amazing talent and ability and that while he was going to eliminate her, he was also going to personally send her to culinary school and expected her to come back after she graduates and win the competition.
