and so, as her Defense Lawyer, you have now presented to the Jury the "beyond a resonable doubt" factor which will probably get that charge tossed out.

I think it was definately hers. Why would she "hold" it for someone else? Most people would not "hold" narcotics for someone. She needs to grow up and take responsibility for her actions.
