There is NO reason why she should not go to jail!!!
Would you or I go to jail if we were caught numerous times like she has been or would we simply be whisked off to the fanciest country club rehab again.. and again.. and again.
i don't think so.. our asses would be in jail so fast our heads would spin. Enough is enough, this girl and other Hollywood types like her, are going to kill an innocent person one of these days and then what. What does the justice system tell those parents or loved ones.
I'm sorry, i know it is hard.. but Lohan needs to be punished for what she is doing.. coddling her has not helped.. so she may need to be slapped back into reality. 60 days in a prison cell.. nothing fancy like Hilton.. a real jail. There may be help for her yet, but somebody, including that wacko of a mother had better help this young woman or she is going to be dead!
