If you found a cell phone, would you give it back?

I thought this was an interesting article and study conducted.

What would you do? Return it or keep it?

And if you are one who would say keep it, why would you keep it? What if you lost one, would you care if someone else was like you and kept it? Wanting to understand what motivates the "keepers".

Thought it was interesting that one of the keepers on the study was a "grandmother". Wonder what she was going to do with a cellphone...LOL

That's nice to hear from everyone! My own conscience would be my worst enemy...I could never live with myself...LOL

I'd call the numbers on the phone and find out who it belonged to. Then I'd contact them and return it.

If that didn't work, I'd turn it over to the company (Sprint, Verizon, whatever) and have them trace it.

I might clear the phone numbers in the memory just in case it went wandering again.
