A man lives on the 12th floor of his building and walks to work every day. Every day he rides the elevator all the way to the lobby. On sunny days he rides the elevator to the 2nd floor and takes the stairs the rest of the way. On storming days, or days he has company on the elevator, he rides the elevator all the way back to his floor.
