Tu-Pac Shakur "No Doubt" maybe it cuz he's West Coast and I'm a Native San Franciscan!? Biggie had flow, definitely had the rhymes down and told a story with comedy!.
Now PAc was an artist, an educated story teller that weren't always the smile giving stories, but they were very real!. I watched a interview with him when he was only 16 and spoke with the vocabulary of a college student!. He left not even one question unanswered but answered with confidence, passion, and ease!. Ranging from politics to Family and Childhood being the foundation of a positive moving force for our youth in poverty!. He had ideas not just rhymes that partnered with a tight beat!. He would reiterate to the press over & over that we (you and me) can become a victim of our vicious society if we are not aware of our surroundings & his position in our society and how he was interpretated differently by many!.
