Question: I hate the Jonas Brothers so much!. What do I do!?
I actually start shivering violently with anger whenever I see a picture of them or hear a song!. And I can't stand how little kids look up to them as role models!.!.!. they are anything but!.
I found using a stress ball is effective but I'm trying to teach myself not to get all worked up whenever I see them, picture them or hear of them!. Does this kind of thing work!?
