what do you mean by a scandal!? Her first photo shoot with Rolling Stone was quite scandalous!. She was 17 and laying seductively on a bed!. Her mom claims that she wasn't aware when it happened because the photographer took Britney into her room and closed the door, and proceeded to take the picture!.
