How do people first get in the spotlight.?!

unlike most celebs they dont always start big they take small steps!. The Jonas brothers got discovered in a baber shop well nick did and Demi lovato and selena started slow like guest staring on show and more!. You dont always make it big but i would say the best way is a talent agent or more they are awesome and you just have to study and work dis in case you see someone who wants you to sing!.
