The song isn't directly about his diabetes, but he wrote it about what he goes through and stuff with his diabetes!. He said that one day he wasn't feeling like himself and he thought he would never get better, so he decided to write it!. He wrote it in a way that can relate to anyone with anything that they are going through!.
