What do you think about the Jonothan ross & Russel Brand ,Phone calls?!

I've grown to despise Jonathon Ross and all his showbiz crap!. He's turned into an arrogant bastard!. Did you read how he hand-delievered an apology and a bunch of flowers!? He just wants his show back on air so that he can perv over the female guests and not ask them a serious question, which he saves for his heroes!.

I never minded Brand, but he's been lording it recently!.

Is it any worse than the lies printed in most tabloids, and the obsessions with celebrity culture that overide many important news stories!. It is a ridiculous case and intitally only 2 people complained, but once it appeared people would be given a chance to have a dig at two television personalities that many are not fond of, many more people jumped on the band wagon!. And why was the prime minister even commenting, he should of responded "im the prime minister and have better things to worry about!.

And i have no sympthathy for any of russel brands conquests, if you shag russel brand dont expect many people to respect you!. I heard this show myself and thought it was a little out of taste but not to warrant the public hysteria that is quite obviously being pushed by someone with an agenda!.

Only two people complained when the show originally aired and that was for the swearing, not to mention sachs accepted their apologies!. It was only when the media got a hold of the story and blew it way out of proportion that this turned into anything!. The BBC let it happen and didn't cut it out of the pre-record, which they easily could have done!. They phoned Sachs to ask for permission to play the clip on the radio and he agreed, so this wasn't a big deal until the media and everybody who had something against Brand and Ross decided to make a fuss about nothing!.

I think it's ridiculous that somebody like Brand, who's overcome insurmountable obstacles in life to get to a position of success, can have his career damaged so badly by sensationalism and imbeciles who don't care to know all the facts!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I thought the prank was very juvenile and grown men should have known better!. I don't like Ross!. He was very clever when he first appeared on channel 4 many years ago but now has an inflated ego and believes himself to be hilarious!. Brand doesn't do anything for me!. It is schoolboy behaviour and what is funny about that!. Andrew Sachs is a resepcted actor and did not need the upset of hearing this on his answer phone knowing that it was being broadcast also!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Pure scuzzy!.!.!.but I smile at the amount of us who did complain - from 1,500 in the morning to 10,000 later in the day! If only we can show the same disgust when New Labour punches us with comically composed laws by stealth, or society as a whole who skanks us blind, with us not knowing about it until it's too late - in this case, eleven years too late! Check out how you would feel if you had a demeaning call about your kids and then was told to go and hang yourself, all this with a background load of helpless and defamatory laughter!. I expect you would be upset and would probably take profound action!. So would I!.

To all of those who think JR and RB are not to blame!. The BBC could not pull the answer phone!. Say JR had an obscene call about his kids and then was told to go and hang himself!.
