I see no point in revealing this after all these years except to lure people into buying her book!.
The fact that she didn't report it to the police at the time shows her to be a very selfish person!. If she had reported it she may have saved any number of women from the same ordeal!. also, if I am being cynical, she has a book to sell & since the police were not informed no-one can sat it didn't happen!. Of course she is going to gain alot of admiration for speaking out about her rape, Fern Britton is loved by Britains Nation, im sure there will be 100's of woman who will now come forward and disclose of their rape!!
