Drink lots of water, get enough sleep and make sure your eyes get plenty of oxygen if you wear contacts!. I recommend Clear Eyes maximum strength to clear up the whites of your eyes!.
You can find it at any supermarket or drugstore/pharmacy (over-the-counter)!. I find that Clear Eyes has worked consistently better for me than Visine!. Visine works too, but for me it got less effective over time!.
I presume you mean you scratched your eye instead of "itching" it!. If that's the case, give your eye a chance to heal!. The white of your eye won't improve on its own if your eye is irritated!. If things don't improve or go back to normal soon, maybe you should go see an optometrist to make sure you didn't damage your eye!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
