I have a friend who does the same to his girlfriend!. She was pretty, girlish, had long sexy hair and now she looks like a dumb boy!. I told him to stop doing that, but he doesn’t want her out of the house in a sexy outfit!. He is very macho man!. Tom cruise does the exact same thing, always telling her that those horrible clothes and hair look good!
