Sarcasm!. Why should you care about voting!? well!.!. They were saying that if you do not care about America, then do not vote, or your vote will change the country in a way you didn't want to!. However, if you do care about welfare, wars, drugs, abortion, gay rights, etc!.!. then you should vote, because you CAN make a difference!. Whether popular votes don't count, or that electoral college vote is the real deal, voting affects everything!.
