A really famous song, years ago, can't remember the name?!

hey, i had this favorite song years ago and CANNOT remember the nam of it or any of the lyrics!.!. and i was only listening to it a couple months ago as well

i remember the music video maybe you guys remember it:

so it was like a house party but everyone was out on the street, there was a wrestling ring and the band was singing in that, there was a young boy in the video and he was dancing on the street and everytime he would take a step the curb would light up!.
At the very last scene a guy turns and looks at the camara, he has weird contacts in and he has a mohawk that looks like it has been made out of spoons or some **** lol
