OMG someone who knows the disney channel well.?!

Okay back like in early 2000's maybe late 1990's
there was this music video on the disney channel of two girls laying on the grass singing in the rain and then it would pan back to them inside a two story house!.
One of them was blond and i think the other brunette
im pretty sure they were norwegian or something like that

its killing me inside how i dont know who they are!.
