Not all artists write their own songs !
And I think that " 7 THINGS " is a song that you need experience to sing that why the 10 year old fans of the Jonas Brothers aren't into it!. They only know Miley`s Hannah Montana side

I agree it's kind of disturbing because face it most of the people who buy hannah montana CDs etc are little kids!.
And it just freaks me out to see 7 year olds jumping up and down and singing "the 7 things i hate about you!!!!!!!!!!!"
