i think that he was very rude and arrogant!.!.!.he said some very inappropriate studd that did not need to be said!.!.!.he was very rude to the Jonas Brothers, rude to Palins daughter, and talked about people in a very rude manor!.!.!.!.he has a dirty mouth and he should have been embarased by the way he acted in front of millions of people!.!.!.though he appologized to the Jonas brothers you could tell that he didnt mean it!.!.!.i felt really bad for them! i think that it is great that they wear purity rings and Russell Brand made fun of it! I loved the way Jordan Sparks stood up for them! she was great!Www@Enter-QA@Com

i know he is a comedian and he is suppossed to make fun of people!. i am a HUGE jonas brothers fan, but i was fine with him making fun of them(they aren't immune to being made fun of much to other fan's dismay), but what i was outraged by was that he was making fun of them for having good morals!. the world needs role models like them!. when he said he "finally got Nick to have sex backstage i was in shock! he is 16 years old and he is trying to convince him to have sex!. yeah maybe british people have a differant kind of humor than americans do, but that cant be an excuse for how he acted because he should have realized that and toned it down!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

LAME! noone knows who he is!. the VMA's are in their dying years put on by "Music" television who play less than an hour if any music videos per day and is filled with poorly scripted reality tv shows!. MTV needs to die already!. im not saying this out of anger but truth!.i do like russel brand's character!. who he is!. hes got the "look" and is marketable!. but he just wasnt fit for the VMA's!. and what happened to the VMA's selling out huge venues!? they did it this year in the back lots of Paramount!!? with an audience of only maybe 300 fans!. just plain horrible!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
