Of course he should!. There are people who don't pay because they simply cannot afford it, and are dragged into court to cough up another ￡1000!. no matter if you are a famous celebrity or not they should pay there licence or pay the fine, it do not give them special privileges because they are a celebrity!. after all when you think about it, if we the public and fans did not follow them they wouldn't be so popular and be just your average joe on the street!. they should thank us for getting them to where they are today!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I also think good on him for putting two fingers up to the BBC Fee,as it's such a stupid idea in the first place!
I pay my licence weekly as i'm on the budget scheme and i think it's such a waste of money!.
It could be put to good use on something else!.
But i pay as i don't have the cash for a stupid fine that they will slap on,!.if i don't pay!.
Noel might be spitting feathers as he parted the Beeb on bad terms when his show was axed a few years back!.
And now that he's back on the box with the cult hit DOND and the new one he's trying to promote,!.!.he's getting a bit to big for his boots!.
