Question: I focus on swallowing my spit!!!!!!!?
haha i know it sounds really weird!.
but ill just be in class and thats all ill focus on all day its really really annoying!
and then when i swallow i feel like everyone can see it like going down my throat haha!.
can you PLEASE help me stop this annoying habit!?

but in all seriousness, i know all about habits like that!. try focusing on something else like a song or the window or a tv show you watched!.!.!. or you could actually pay attention to what the teacher's saying but hey, who wants to listen!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Focus on something else to distract it!. I do that sometimes and it's so annoying! Instead of people seeing it, though, I feel like people can hear it cos it sounds really loud to me! You could try actually paying attention in class ;) Or you could doodle on an extra notebook you can pay at Staples for a dollar!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
