Question: What do you think of thiss!.!.!.!?
I have this idea!. It might not be for everyone but i have been thinking about it!. Ok here it is:
You know how some people get pregnant when they are like druggies or mentally insane and stuff like that, well what if before you could get pregnant, like when your 18 or something, you could undergo some tests to prove that you are mentally stable to raise a kid and take them every two years or so!. and also some drug and alcohol tests!.
I just want to know your opinion
