Read that article! I was never a fan of Downey and his Iron Man!. I find it cheesy compared to Batman!. I suppose Downey's just jealous that the Dark Knight made more money and the buzz all over the world!.
I LOVE the Dark Knight! It's uncomparable to any other super hero movie!

ok let me just say that until this point, i liked Robert Downey Jr!. and he is right in saying Iron Man was a great movie, but The Dark Knight was one of the greatest movies ever created!. saying you didnt like the dark knight is like saying you hated Forrest Gump or Titanic!. (not quite as bad as hating the godfather) this movie was easily the greatest superhero movie ever then spiderman 1 than iron man!. now its not mostly that he didnt like the movie, its that he openly mocked it and said any moron could get it!. and he could have kept his trap shut and quit saying "F-ck DC Comics" its just unnecessary and now tons of people r going to hate him!. its a shame!. his career is coming back just now!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The Dark Knight is a fantastic film, but it wasn't without flaws!. It was too long!.!. They really should have made this one about the Joker and leaving the Two-face storyline for it's own film, instead of trying to cram that in and rush through it like they did!. It would have been perfect if the final scene was in the hospital, with the revelation of Harvey Dent's face!.
Iron Man was awesome- more of a summer blockbuster adrenaline rush movie, like the Matrix and Independence Day!. The Dark Knight- well there's never been a movie like that before!. I think the Watchman might be the next one, though!.

The Dark Knight was an excellent movie and Robert Downey shouldn't have said anything negative about it!.!.!.But I also loved Iron Man!. So as far as which was better!. It's really hard to say!. Batman and Iron Man have always been my 2 fav super heroes and I've always had trouble deciding which i like better!.!.!.!.And yes, Christian Bale is much better looking!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I enjoyed Iron Man more, it's truer to the traditional superhero movie genre!. Dark Knight is altogether different, it's more of a crime drama that happens to feature a superhero!.
I think these movies are the two best of their types thus far!. From a technical perspective and for it's sheer scope and complexity, I think Dark Knight is the more impressive feat of filmmaking, more epic!.
I get what he's saying!. Some people prefer the clear-cut distinctions between what motivates heroes & villains, with a fundamentally optimistic view of human nature like Lord of the Rings and Iron Man!. Others prefer the morally murky/shades of grey approach which looks upon humanity as flawed at best!. That's the approach of films like the Godfather and the Dark Knight!. It's just a matter of taste!.
I agree it was dumb for him to publicly bash the TDK because it just looks like jealousy- if anyone less famous had said it, people would just say "Huh- that's his opinion"!.
And speaking as a GUY, Gwyneth Paltrow is SO much hotter than Maggie Gyllenhaal :)Www@Enter-QA@Com

i just read that article and my first impression is that he is just knocking on the batman movie because ironman was also such a huge success!. i never saw "ironman" but i heard it was phenonmenal!.!.!.and that downey's performance was surprisingly good!. i think that we can all naturally expect actors to be loyal to their own movie!. unfortunately downey makes himself out to be self-centered and unintelligent!.
