For me its Tokio Hotel definately!. Their music means a lot to me, and they write their own songs, have great personalities and everything!.

Tokio Hotel even said that the lyrics in their music are important; and Bill pointed out that you really have you listen to the lyrics!. I love Tokio Hotel, they're humour and personality is so genuine!. I SAID GENUINE, not perfect!. But it's enough! I watched some of their interviews, and they are hilarious! AND even though 2 band members arent related to the twins, they still stuck with each other for 7 years! They are also very serious about their music!. They are just plain genuine, and not hiding/changing any personality for the sake of publicity!.
I don't hate the Jonas Brothers!. In fact, their family background is really good!. However, their lyrics don't touch me as Tokio Hotel does, and their beat is just not in my favour!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

how could you even compare them!?or even use them in the same question!? tokio hotel wins hands down! bill and tom are so hot, have good personalities too!. not to mention their music has meaning, whereas the jonas brothers are just some disney channel, hyped up, piece of $hit group of f@gs!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
