Question: Whats wrong with Prince!?
sat here bored so i decided i would watch some vids on youtube!. i looked up Ginuwine (an old favourite of mine !) and went to listen to my fave song of his 'when doves cry'!. anyways it didnt work so i clicked on another, still no sound!. i then clicked on princes (or the symbol) original version which still didnt play!. after reading a few comments it turns out prince will not let his music vids or songs be shown/played on youtube!.
i personally am not a fan of prince but if i was i would be pretty pee'd off!
why would he refuse his fans the right to watch him!? whats his problem and further more ginuwine did a copy of his track which he must have agreed to in the first place so how does he have the right to silence ginuwine vids as well!?!?!?
i am just so confused!. dont some 'superstars' realise they are only where they are today because of the fans!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Hah, I actually searched for Prince on there about 3-4 months back (think it was When Doves Cry too) and didn't come across anything either!. I didn't know for sure if he'd put some kind of order in for them to keep his stuff off there or what!. I don't really understand why any artist wouldn't want their videos/music on there!. Its not like they are going to release a DVD with all their vids on it to rake in some extra cash, so its not like they're "losing" money (which they never actually had in hand but thats a different story) If anything I'd think it'd be free promotion for people to want to hear more of their stuff and maybe want to buy albums!. Honestly, I think some musicians are just big babies when it comes to creative control and can't stand to see people other than them get recognized or paid!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I'm a Prince fan and I just think he hates any kind of management of his music and needs everything to be on his terms, it is weird though after he gave an album away for nothing in a newspaper, oh well that's Prince!!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
