Yep i've heard of Omar Cruz!.He's a rapper from LA and he goes by another name of Blunts LLA ( which stands for Latin Lyrical Assassin )!.He's starting to get noticed and become well known and i know he's got two mixtapes released "Blow" and this one which sounds a lot like 2Pac ~ "City of Gods"!.
