Teen Choice Awards 2008, please answer!!

OMG!. My satalitte just went out and they were just about to announce who won the male artist award thingy and it was Chris Brown, Usher, Justin Timberlake, and Jesse McCartney and it said: And the nommine is!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.AND THE SATALITE STOPPED!. OMG! could someone please tell me who won that award!? All my friends tv's don't work either! And also could you tell me the other awards that just happened!? THANKS MUCH!Www@Enter-QA@Com
