I've heard that having a gap in front teeth usually means the person is a good singer - although I've got one and if you ask my sister she says I can't sing so maybe Madonna would worry it would reduce her voice - same way as Barry Manilow & Barbara Streisland with their noses - again if operated on might affect the quality of their voices!.

I hate it, I had it myself so i'm talking from experience & I have recently had it closed! & I don't miss the gap at all it breaks your face down!. But each to they're own & if she likes it then she should keep it I guess it depends on how wide the gap is & it can look better or worse on different people!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
