It depends on where you get it (Best Buy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc!.) It can range anywhere from about $13-$14 to $20+!.
And it doesn't have a bonus DVD, since the bonus DVD on the second album was the full-length concert DVD!. The concert DVD for A Little Bit Longer will be released sometime next year (separately), around January/February 2009!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I pre-ordered it with priority shipping and the DVD and the total was 22!.99 or something like that!. With standard shipping it comes like August 15th and with Priority its like the 12th!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
