My father grew up with Billy Ray Cyrus in Franklin, Tennessee!. When I went to visit my Grandparents one year!.!. back when I was about 6 or 7 years old!.!. I met Miley Cyrus and we!.!. and a couple of other kids!.!. played together!.

I asked my mom about it today and she told me Miley was kind of bratty towards me and the other kids and I --being my rebelious little self-- didn't get along with her too well!. Kids will be kids!.!.!.!.!.!.
