I was watching the programme about him last night (I think it was called The Making Of Me or something similar) and when he was speaking to his mum and dad he had a Scottish accent!!! Does anyone know, is this his normal accent, and his American one is put on!?!?!?
It's a bit wierd if it *is* his natural one, cos so is David Tennant's, and I can imagine the two of them sitting on the set of Dr Who having a conversation in really thick accents that nobody else can understand!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Me and my girlfriend were watching that aswell! And both being Scottish were amazed at the fact it changed so much!. I hope it isn't his scottish accent that is put on!. I would believe it is his American one put on as he lived in scotland till he was 8!
we still felt cheated as Scots the fact that he didn't use his native accent all the time though! Haha!
