Question: 3 girl band from the last decade!?

Josie and the Pussycats (1999)!? It was a movie, but it had 3 girls in the band, 2 white and one black, and even though it wasn't a real band, I think they still used their own voices for the soundtrack and perhaps they made the video you are talking about!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
