Question: My parents think that I should like the Jonas Brothers!?
Just because I am a girl!. It's annoying!. They even tried buying Jonas Brithers CDs for me when I prefer R&B music(I am African American) !. Just because most girls think that they are "hawt" doesn't mean I have to!. How can I tell them in a nice way that I don't like them and I prefer other music!. My parents are actually more annoying than the Jonas Brothers fans!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

your parents are trying to have you aspire to be as successful as the jonas brothers!. first off, they are genuine people!. they all have purity rings, and vow to God to stay virgins untill marriage!. they have a really strong family base, their dad was a pastor and definitely keeps them in check!. they also know that its a blessing to be able to "live their dream" (which is their quote) and that in order to fulfill it, they have to set a good example!. they havent done ANYTHING wrong, and are the best behaved people in hollywood!. they have worked so hard to get where they are, and it would mean the world to them if you just tried them out!. of course most people couldnt say this, and i can, but ive met them and they are the most hummbled, down-to-earth, guys ive ever met!. they havent let fame go to their heads, and they havent!. nick was diagnosed with diabetes 2 and 1/2 years ago, and has established his own charity, the "change for the children foundation"!. 10% of all profit the jonas brothers make goes to the charity!. also, they auction off valuable items to go to the charity!. by the way, their music isnt all sugary pop!. theres a lot of rock influenced music on their album, such as the songs "inseparable, hollywood, video girl, and take a breath"!. even if you dont think their hot, doesnt mean you cant enjoy their music, and if you dont try it, you'll never know!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
