Rap music has been losing music sales in the
last 5-6 years!. From what I read in the industry there
has not been a top 25 in music sales for any type
of "rap song" in the past 5 years in music sales!. It
keeps dropping!.
From what I have seen it is because TOO MANY rappers decided
it is okay to put obscene & profanities in their music so
young people can buy them!.!.!.

Kid#2: "This one!.!.it has a REALLY dirty word after every 4 to 5 seconds!.!." ]
That's why many radio stations won't play this
kind of music on the air!.
also, the problem is that rap music is TOO MUCH associated
with the "street gang culture" and many rappers think it is
okay to glorify the street gang culture!. Which a
lot of crime comes from in "inner urban cities" area!.
I suggest you try traditional rock music!. After all young
performers like Miley Cyrus and the Joans Brothers are
doing super in CD and concert sales!.
Suggest you try this type of music!.
