Shes gained a little weight since she was a teenager due to having kids; but back in pictures of when she was younger it was weird on how she looked like them!.
I personally think its her eyes that resemble Kate, the rest is Brooke =]

Hello-I think your sisters eyes really look like Kate Winslets eyes!.!.!.!.her smile is a cross between kate Winslet and Brooke as well!.
