I have!.I saw her in Hollywood at universal studios!.
she was right behind me!.!.!.i followed her!. she was really nice!. but surprisly there were no papartzi!.!.i was the only one and this little 4 year old girl and her dad!. shes SUPER nice though!.

when i "met" her she was a total b*tch!.
a bunch of ppl were outside her hotel in florida during the dc games and she comes rushing into the hotel completely ignoring everyone!. shes with mandy and some guy and she has a wig on (not hannah montana) and sunglasses & a hat pulled over her head!. she comes out of the hotel like 20 minutes later runs past everyone and ignores them again!. someone says "cmon miley its your fans!" and shes just turns and waves a little and hops into the car and gets whisked away!. it was probably lasted like 10 seconds!. she was ridiculous!. because one she made the effort to disguise herself from her fans and two she totally ignored them!.
dont ask me why i was there!.!. i made a friend while i was in florida and she made we wait out there so to see some celebs!. but ive never liked miley!.!. yeah!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It was at Six Flags in Massachuchetts on April 16,2004!.
I was so happy to see her!.
I still have her autograph!.
That night I got really sick though for standinig in the for hours just to talk to her for 30 sec!.
