Question: Why isn't MileyWorld!.com Free!?

i guess its cus you get presale ticket opportunities!. and you get to enter contests and stuff(which they need to pay for) so!.!.!.

No it is not free!. I have been a menber since 2006 it is a cool place if you like miley!. I dont like her any more!. I use to be her biggest fan but then that pic, nick, and the parint thing it hurt me for my fave celeb did that!. but no it is not free!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
