I would have to say Ashley Tisdale!. She is hotter and a better singer!. Vanessa is better actor and had a harder time getting into show biz!. Jeena A get off Miley she is awesome you B!t(h!. They have both taken nude pics though!. The reason Ashley's did not get out as much is because she waited until she was over twenty one and it was just a nip slip!. Vanessa's was bad but I still can't hold her against it at least she apologized!.
