Yes, the music video and the song is all about Miley and Nick's breakup!. Yes, their breakup really upset Miley because Nick broke it off!. Miley was too controlling and too "all over him"/"obsessed"!. She holds onto her dogtag necklace all the time because Nick wears one all the time and I think he gave her it!. And she rips up the poster that looks exactly like Nick to show that she loves him but also hates him!. She still likes him though!. The reason there is teddy bears in the video is because Miley has this teddy bear that Nick won for her at some fair/arcade!. She named it Nick!. Everyone is crying about the breakup and she says at the end that she still loves him (Nick)!. But, he doesn't want to get back together!. When she says "if you text it, I'll delete it", it means that Nick loves to text and she doesn't want him to text her, she just wants him to talk to her in person and be "real"!. When she says "you love me, you like her" it means that he likes Miley but he also really likes Selena Gomez!. She is jealous!. So, that is why 7 things is all about Nick!.
