joe likes a girl who has the same personality as him; girls who like to have fun, are not shy and "if mom likes her it's all good"!. joe also likes girls who don't wear a ton of makeup, he likes girls with natural beauty!. and he doesnt want the girl to wear a lot of lip gloss!. its not good for kissing!.
Nick likes a girl who reads, he says it isnt nerdy!. he likes a girl with a sensitive side but he also wants his girl to wear a dress and show off her girly side!. he likes girls who act like ladies!.

All of them are really talented in their career & they like girls that have the same personality as them, so they can connect in a way!. & of course someone their age! =P

like joe wouldn't date demi lovato becuase there was a 3 age difference, but they would of made a cute couple ;]
