Question: Does anyone else love Benicio del Toro!?
He's a fascinating, intense actor!. I wonder why he isn't an A-list star!. Don't get me wrong, he's well-known and has won an Academy Award, but you never hear his name mentioned alongside, say, Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise!. Maybe because he vanishes into his roles, which are often in heavy films dealing with serious topics (he's not Mr!. Romantic Comedy)!. I was recently watching the film he did with Halle Berry last year, Things We Lost in the Fire, and he brought so much to it!. His performance as a reforming drug abuser felt very realistic and was devastatingly emotional!. And he was of course brilliant in 21 Grams and Traffic (and creepy and intimidating in Sin City)!. Can't wait to see him as Che Guevara in the Steven Soderbergh-directed epic!. He's also playing the Wolf Man in a new version!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

oh I totally adore him!!!! He is just too sexy, and he has this thing about him which is very instance! I was literally in tears to see him in "things we lost in the fire" Such an amazing actor with this gift, that he can totally blend into the character that he plays on the screen!.
He put so much of him into the movies he does that is why it is so wonderful to watch him act!.

I agree he is very intense in movies and he does not get the recognition he deserves!.
I think the reason he is not an A Lister is purely because of his own choice!. He is never in the media for screwing up or making a scene and he does not seem like the type to purposely look for attention!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
