ok i alwayse wanted to be a singer/actor, but i live in a small town, and im kinda shy
but i realy badley!!!! want to be those

Well as you know, the level of success lies within you and your support!. Before you make any move on reaching for your dreams, you must first build up a level of self confidence!. If you don't believe in yourself, you won't make it far!. Once you have that self confidence, you are going to need a support system!. Such as family, or friends!. Seeing as you are only 14 this support system will have a great affect on you and your future!. Not always must you have the looks to succeed, however you must have the skills!. You also will have to step outside of the box, and get over your shyness!. Being shy will get you nowhere in a career like the one you are hoping for!. I suggest checking around, locally in your surrounding towns to see if any of the colleges, ect!. offer summer acting lessons!. Sometimes the colleges have plays throughout the holiday season and they will usually start their auditions, and practice in the summer sometime!. You can also check the web for places around you area that offer help in your career choice!. I wouldn't suggest going to any open auditions because to me you don't sound like your quite ready!. But, no worries!.!. you'll get there with time!. For now just focus on building up your confidence, finding your support system, and becoming more open and less shy!. If you want to succeed you must be determined, and strong and able to take rejection!. It's highly unlikely that you will land the first job your audition for, but don't give up!. 2 - Exposure!. Enter every competition you can get your hands on!. Perform at malls!. etc!.
3 - Get an very good agent!.
4 - Move to Hollywood (South LA)
