Can someone please tell me the name of the band?!

that has the guy in it with the piercings like under his bottom lip and they look like fangs!. and hes bald!.

i want to listen to a song by them but i dont remember the name of the song of the name of the band!. but in the music video i remember the guy with the piercings walking down a hallway!.

i saw him on mtv cribs the other night but i turned it to the channel right when it was getting done and it didnt say his name again!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
